Our mission is to provide homeowners with a clear, transparent, and well-managed renovation experience through professional project management — without bundling or marking up construction costs.

Our services are led by experienced project managers who oversee planning, coordination, scheduling, and quality control throughout the renovation process.

We charge a fixed project management fee of SGD $3 per square foot.
This fee covers our professional management services only.

All labour and material costs are separate from our project management fee and are billed based on actual works carried out. Where applicable, homeowners receive direct documentation or invoices from subcontractors to ensure cost clarity and visibility.

Our goal is to help homeowners make informed decisions, understand their renovation costs clearly, and complete their projects with confidence and peace of mind.
