Coco Concepts Renovation project management

Services

Four services, in the order they matter. The first one is the reason the company exists; the other three exist to support it.

We consult on design. We do not sell a design package with the construction folded into the price — our fee is our fee, and the works are billed on what was actually carried out.

01

Project Management

The core service

End-to-end oversight of the renovation. Experienced project managers oversee planning, scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, site supervision and quality control, from start to completion. Coco Concepts acts as the single point of coordination — managing timelines, resolving issues on site, and ensuring works are executed to the agreed scope and standard.

What this means for you: a structured renovation process, fewer disruptions, and a single accountable point of contact.

02

Interior Design Consultation

Practical design guidance to help you decide without unnecessary complexity. We work from lifestyle needs, budget and preferences, and advise on what is feasible, functional and cost-effective. The point is to support your decisions, not to impose a fixed design direction.

What this means for you: clarity in design decisions, and confidence that your ideas are realistic and buildable.

03

Space Planning and 3D Concepts

Optimising layout, circulation and functionality. We study how the household actually moves, lives and uses each area, then arrange circulation, storage, proportions and furniture placement around it. Layout planning and 3D visuals let you see the proposal before work begins, which reduces miscommunication and limits changes mid-construction. These are developed for execution feasibility, not purely for presentation.

What this means for you: fewer costly changes, reduced delays, and better control over your budget.

04

Carpentry and Material Selection

Guidance on carpentry layouts, finishes and materials, weighed against design intent, usage needs and budget. We advise on practical material options and detailing, and coordinate with carpentry and material suppliers so that what you choose is compatible with site conditions and construction requirements.

What this means for you: selections that are realistic, durable and suitable for long-term use.

All four are covered by the same fee — $3 per square foot, one time, for project management. Labour and materials are billed separately on the works carried out.
