Project Management
A meet and greet with the team who will be with you through the entire process.
What happens
We go through the property, the scope and the budget. You meet the project manager who will run the job. From this point there is one number to call and one person accountable for the answer.
Your part
Bring the floor plan if you have one, and be honest about the budget. A budget stated low at the start does not stay low; it just arrives late.

Interior Design Consultation
Developing a concept that reflects the client’s theme and style.
What happens
We work out what you want the place to feel like and what that will actually cost to build. Feasible, functional, cost-effective — in that order. We advise; the direction stays yours.
Your part
Say what you don’t like. It narrows things faster than saying what you do.

Space Planning
Seamless integration of the preferred style with the functionality the household needs.
What happens
Layout, circulation, storage, proportions and where the furniture goes — arranged around how your household actually moves through the day. 3D visuals let you see it before anything is built. Changes are cheap here and expensive later.
Your part
Look properly at the visuals. This is the last comfortable moment to change your mind.
04
Carpentry
The means by which the concept is actually built, with a wide range of options.
What happens
Carpentry layouts, finishes and materials are selected against the design intent, how the space will be used, and the budget. We coordinate with carpentry and material suppliers so the selections suit site conditions and construction requirements. Then it gets built, supervised, and checked against the agreed scope.
Your part
Choose for the next ten years, not for the photograph.
Through all four stages, one thing does not change.
Our fee is $3 per square foot, one time, for project management. Labour and materials are billed on the works actually carried out, separately and without a markup from us. Where applicable, the documentation comes to you from the subcontractors directly.
