Renovation involves hundreds of decisions and several different trades. We organise the sequence, keep the people involved aligned and help you make informed choices at every stage.

Four stages
From your first ideas to move-in day.
We keep the process straightforward and explain what is happening next. You stay involved in the decisions without having to coordinate every contractor yourself.
A renovation plan should be easy to follow. These are the four main stages we move through together.

Talk through the space
Meet the team, show us the property and tell us how you want to live in it. We discuss priorities, budget and timing. The first consultation, site visit and quotation are free, with no obligation.

Plan the details and confirm the cost
We work through the layout, materials and design direction with you. If 3D visuals would help, we arrange them at the vendor’s price. You receive a clear quotation that separates our management fee from contractor costs.

Coordinate the renovation
We schedule the trades, supervise progress and deal with site questions as the work moves forward. You receive updates and make the decisions that affect your home. We can work with our regular contractors or people you already trust.

Complete, hand over and follow up
We check the completed work with you and coordinate any outstanding items. If a contractor warranty defect appears within the following year, contact us and we will arrange the follow-up.
Clear throughout
You know who is doing the work and what it costs.
We charge for managing the project rather than adding a percentage to contractor prices. This keeps the commercial arrangement simple and gives you visibility over the real cost of the renovation.
Contractor flexibility
Use our established network or bring contractors you prefer. We coordinate the work and help keep everyone working towards the same plan.
Decisions stay with you
We advise on practical choices, costs and sequencing. You approve the design, materials and quotations before the work proceeds.
The fee
$3 per sqft for full-home project management.
For partial renovations, we quote according to the scope. Completed projects commonly save around 20% to 30% compared with packages that include contractor markups, though actual savings vary.
